30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with VoidFix AI CRM, we'll refund your payment—no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You are a new customer (first-time subscriber)
- Your account is in good standing without policy violations
- You have not previously received a refund from us
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- SMS credits, WhatsApp message credits, or voice calling credits already used
- Custom development or integration services
- Third-party services or add-ons
- Renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@voidfixcrm.com
- Include your account email and reason for requesting a refund
- Allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your request
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request and approve it, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- When usage-based services (SMS, calls, etc.) have been consumed
- For annual subscriptions canceled after the 30-day guarantee period (prorated refund may apply)
- In cases of service downtime exceeding our SLA commitments
Cancelled Subscriptions
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless covered by our 30-day guarantee.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and all associated accounts. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
